That number includes labor, carry-out, disassembly, truck, fuel, dump fees, and recycling. There is no hourly meter, no per-item add-on, and no separate disposal invoice afterward. Service in Short
You do not need to move anything to the curb. Our crews come to the upstairs bedroom, attic, garage, or backyard, protect your floors, walls, and door frames, disassemble anything that will not fit through a doorway, and sweep up before leaving. Same-day and next-day service is frequently available across St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, Pinellas Park, and the beaches.
What We Cannot Take
Paint, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, motor oil, and propane tanks are household hazardous waste and must go to the Pinellas County household hazardous waste facility. We also cannot handle medical or biohazard waste, sharps, or asbestos-containing material, and we are not a licensed mold remediation or pest control company. Ask about anything uncertain rather than guessing.
Choosing Between a Dumpster and Full-Service Removal
We provide both, so we have no reason to push you toward either one. The honest test:
Rent a roll-off dumpster when you are generating debris over several days, you have people to load it, and you can give up the driveway for the rental period. Sizes run 10, 15, 20, and 30 yard.
