The facility gave us only a few days. Can you move that fast?

Usually yes. Short turnover windows are the norm in assisted living, and same-day or next-day service is frequently available. Tell us the deadline when you call and we will build the schedule around it rather than around ours.

I live out of state. Can you handle it without me there?

Yes, and we do this often. We coordinate directly with facility staff, send photos before anything is removed, set aside anything that looks meaningful, and provide documentation and a clear invoice suitable for estate records.

How do you make sure keepsakes are not thrown away?

We sort slowly through photographs, documents, jewelry, letters, and small items and set them aside. Nothing is discarded on assumption. If we are uncertain about something, it goes in the keep pile for the family to decide, not in the truck.

Do you donate the furniture and medical equipment?

Yes, when it is in usable condition. Furniture, clothing, walkers, wheelchairs, and household goods go to local Pinellas nonprofits. Many families find real comfort knowing a parent belongings are helping another senior rather than going to a landfill.

Can you dispose of leftover medications?

No. Unused prescriptions should go to a pharmacy take-back program or a law enforcement drop box, never into the trash or the water supply. We will point you to the right option and handle everything else in the room.

Who has to authorize the cleanout?

We work only with the executor, next of kin, power of attorney, or facility management. We will not remove a resident belongings without clear authorization, which protects both your family and us.

Will you disturb the other residents?

We work quietly and discreetly. Other residents live down that hallway and many are grieving the same person. We protect corridors and elevators, follow facility rules on hours and access, and keep the job low-key.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance to the facility?

Yes. We are fully insured and routinely issue a certificate naming the facility before arrival. Most Pinellas County senior communities require one on file before any vendor works in the building.

Can you also clear my parent house?

Yes, and bundling saves money. Many families need both the facility room and the family home cleared. Doing them together as one engagement costs less than booking two separate estate cleanout projects.

Is assisted living cleanouts available in Tampa or only in Pinellas County?

Both. Tampa gets the same crews, trucks and pricing structure as our Pinellas work. We book assisted living cleanouts in Downtown Tampa, Water Street, Harbour Island, Davis Islands, Bayshore, Beach Park, Old Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights, Town & Country and Brandon. Because Tampa sits in Hillsborough County, disposal runs through Hillsborough facilities, so we quote Tampa jobs with that tipping cost included rather than surprising you later.

Do you cover Clearwater Beach and the condo towers for assisted living cleanouts?

Yes, and we do it constantly. Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and Island Estates buildings almost always require an elevator reservation, a certificate of insurance naming the association, and a set haul window. We carry current insurance and file the COI before the truck leaves. Mainland Clearwater — Countryside, Northwood, Del Oro Groves, Downtown Cleveland Street — is simpler and usually books faster.

What other Pinellas County cities do you cover?

Effectively all of them. Mid-county we run Largo, Pinellas Park and Seminole. North county is Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar and East Lake. The barrier islands run St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Redington Shores, North Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach.
