We seal each item in heavy plastic in the room where it sits, before it moves. Sealing at the source prevents bugs and eggs from dropping along the exit path. We also lay protective runners and carry rather than drag.

Do you donate infested furniture?

Never. Infested items go directly to disposal, not to donation centers, resale outlets, or the curb where someone might take them home. Any company willing to donate infested furniture is behaving irresponsibly and creating a problem for someone else.

Are you a pest control company?

No. We do not treat, spray, heat, or exterminate, and we are not licensed to. We handle removal and disposal only. For treatment you need a licensed pest control operator, and we are happy to work around their schedule.

Should treatment happen before or after removal?

That is your pest control operator call, and many prefer to treat first and remove afterward. Coordinate the timing with them and tell us what they recommend. We schedule around treatment appointments regularly.

Is it more expensive than regular furniture removal?

Only modestly. Pricing is based on volume and item count as usual, with an allowance for sealing materials and protective equipment. Nothing is added at the end for the infestation itself, provided you told us when booking.

Can you handle multiple apartment units?

Yes. Multi-unit removals for apartment complexes, property managers, and senior housing are common for us. We can provide a certificate of insurance and coordinate unit-by-unit scheduling around your treatment plan.

Will my neighbors know?
