Hello, I had a 10 yrd dumpster dropped off. I rented it for one day. They sent me several emails keeping me informed about the dropped off. The driver arrived on time. He was very friendly and made sure he took safety above all things. Dropped the container where I had asked, after making sure he wasn't going to run over the sewer lines. Once we established that, he set the dumpster down. Asking me a bout my pickup preference, I said this same time tomorrow I had company coming. He said no problem. The next day I got an email saying they were in their way. 24 hrs from the drop-off. Still the same pleasant person came, did his job, and went on his way.

I CANNOT stress enough what a pleasure Elephants Hauling and Junk Removal has been to work with! They were fast, affordable, and accommodating in every way. I was managing a lot so being able to communicate everything via text, pricing, scheduling, giving and receiving updates along the way, was such a plus for me and the way I like getting things done. They are available via phone call and email, but text was just easier for me to manage. Sarah was amazing and response times were impressive! Once coordinated, they email you the agreement and your invoice, you pay and you’re all set. I had a dumpster at the house, same day. Their system is incredibly user friendly with all details included and they have exceptional customer service. During the initial drop off, the driver even called me to clarify where I requested the dumpster be dropped off and his concern for some low hanging branches. We did a full reset cleanup at my parents home of over 40 years, where you could imagine the amount of junk that had been accumulated. Originally we thought that a 20yd dumpster would cover it, but needed a swap out for a second one soon after. I should also mention that they did this on Labor Day!! No questions asked, just a quick text. We went over on weight and it still ended up being way more affordable than their competitors. They even picked up earlier than scheduled based on my dad’s rehab release date, so that he would have peace of mind, and no fall risks during his post stroke recovery. I can’t thank you all enough for making a difficult situation so much easier to manage!

We have used Elephant Dumpsters twice for personal use while remodeling our homes and our experience was fantastic. We needed extra days both times we rented the dumpster and it wasn't a problem.
